Contact forms

If you contact us using the form on our website, any information entered will be sent directly via email. Personally identifiable information collected when using this form will include your name, email, contact number, and any other additional data you provide within the message. The information is not stored online. We will use the supplied information to contact you regarding your query.

Wedding bookings

If you book a wedding with us, the information you supply in the booking form will be stored in our online database. Personally identifiable information collected when using this form will include your name, email, contact number and address, plus the same for the other named party if you include it. We collect and use this data to allow us to manage your booking and to allow us to provide our services to you.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Wedding Bookings

If you book a wedding with us, the information you supply in the booking form will be stored in an online database to allow us to manage your booking and to allow us to provide our services to you. We will keep this information for up to 1 year.

Additional information

Instagram feed

Riverdale Barn uses an Instagram Feed plugin to populate an image gallery from submissions containing the hashtag #riverdalebarnni.

The plugin uses the Instagram API on website front end. All the data received from Instagram via API is cached in WordPress database for a short period to provide front end optimization. You may submit a request us to delete your Instagram data if it is accidentally cached in our website database with hashtag feed data. Instagram saves cookies in browsers of website visitors via API data. These cookies are mostly used for security purposes. They are regulated under the terms of Instagram’s Privacy Policy.
